Joe Rogan Tidbit California Invaders

Image
Blues Star Gary Clark Jr. And Rogan Discuss Californians Coming to Texas Joe and Gary Clark Jr. have a conversation that is popular today about Californians moving to Texas ans bringing their culture that doesn't mesh on Texas. Gary Clark Jr. Is a world renowned blues guitarist and native of Texas.  This issue is popular among political talk right now, mostly from people fleeing "blue" states that are failing in taxes, cost of living and crime and voting the same policies in "red" states like Texas, Florida and Georgia.

The Elon Musk Effect Part Two

Image
Elon Musk On Ancient Egypt and Not Being Sure for Once     Joe Rogan brings up at first Elon making a colony on Mars and the origin myth being that they all came from Earth.     Rogan and Musk bring up how 5000 years is a lot of time to lose history. In 20,000 years on Mars, people could not really be sure about the history of humans and Earth, depending.      Musk says he considers civilization starting at the first writing and that was 5500 years ago by the ancient Sumerians.      Rogan believes some writings and glyphs were possibly 12000 years old or older depending on the archaeologists you speak to. He brings up the Ancient Apocalypses scenario about an advanced people that were wiped out.      Musk doesn't buy that theory as easy as Rogan. He sticks with the evidence at 5500 years old.     Rogan brings up other carvings and evidence that rainfall erosion in places without rain for 9000 years exist, w...

Joe Rogan Tidbit Boeing And Barnett Death

Image
Rogan and Lindsay Discuss the Boeing Whistle Blower Suicide John Barnett     Rogan and James Lindsay start by bringing up the fact that this Boeing whistler blower was found dead on the day of his testimony by way of "self inflicted gunshot wound."     Rogan mentions it could be a man embarrassed about what he has said about Boeing.      Or Boeing killed this guy.

The Sheldon Johnson Effect

Image
*Murderer Sheldon Johnson Lies his Way onto Joe Rogan     Joe Rogan recently had a podcast guest that was a "reformed" prisoner and advocate for early release and education of prisoners.       While he did make some points on the importance of reform and education.......     He left out large parts of why he ended up in prison (A ruthless robbery and beating of a man and a woman.) Many who watched the podcast felt as if he was sketchy and not a very good example of the programs they were advocating for.     Less than a month later appearing on the show, Johnson was arrested and charged with murder. He "allegedly" killed a man, cut him into pieces and stored him in a freezer.      Johnson claims innocence.     Sheldon Johnson was originally given 50 years for his crime and was released after 25 years. It can be hard to argue that the original 50 year sentence wasn't appropriate for this type of offender....

Joe Rogan TidBit Hitler on Meth

Rogan  On Hitler being a Meth Head The Joe Rogan Experience comes around to World Wars often on the show. Joe often brings up Hitler being mental and on meth as well as the Nazis.

The Shane Gillis Effect

Image
Comedian and Historian Shane Gillis On WWI and Francisco Goya Paintings     Shane Gillis, a well known comedian and lesser known historian, starts by saying that the cause and start of WWI was the "ultimate dumbest one ever."     He talks about Duke Ferdinand being killed outside of a restaurant in his car and Germany decided to help Austria in a war in which all the major powers of the world also decided to join in.     Ferdinand went to Serbia in a presumed flaunting gesture among bad diplomacy when he shouldn't have, although in his way he went to help with relations and to show a hand to Serbia.      The kid who killed Arch Duke was 19 years old and he started World War 1.      Joe interjects by saying, "Like when Nancy Pelosi went to Taiwan?"      They begin making comments about WWI being a crazy transition in war technology, as cavalry on horseback were charging against tanks and turret guns. Rogan s...

Joe Rogan Tidbit Chewbacca Toon

Image
Joe Rogan Gets Silly Discussing Chewbacca Anatomy (In toon form)     Joe Rogan is a great podcast due to its diversity, not only in guests and topics but the ability to go from very serious to very silly multiple times per podcast. You don't get this from legacy media.  JRE Toons

The Ryan Holiday Effect

Image
Ryan Holiday of the Daily Stoic Discusses Marcus Aurelius      Holiday discusses how  Meditations  is unique in that it is a writer taking down his thoughts without the assumption that people will ever read them, opposed to the writings of most writers who are writing for an audience, which makes this work by Marcus Aurelius even more impactful.      Rogan and Holiday state that the works are from nearly 900 years ago but are still relevant today. Even though Marcus spoke Latin, the "Philosophical Language" of the time was Greek, so Marcus would write these meditations to himself in beautiful Greek. Even so, it is easy for the common man in many interpretations to identify with Marcus Aurelius.      They spoke of Marcus being vigilant to not become too big or "stained purple. He was aware of the limits a leader should have on their own self.      They mention how his son is crappy and an architype for "movie" ba...

JRE Tidbit Mammoth BoneYard

Image
John Reeves Owner of "The BoneYard" Alaska Discusses where the Smithsonian dumped tons of bones.      Being an amateur archeologist and finding thousands of Native American artifacts on my on property, I find what John Reeves does up in Alaska to be very interesting and exciting.        His family spends all of their time basically uncovering mammoth and tiger, Buffalo and birds and other extinct animals in North America where archeologists say they shouldn't have existed. He is finding them by the thousands bringing into serious question what we know about the ice ages and beyond.         The government took many of his bones back in the 40s and 50s and more recently,  having no space for them and dumping them into the East River.          After this announcement, divers began pulling up bones from exactly where he said they would be.         There is a government cover u...

The Patrick Bet David Effect

Image
Political Analyst Patrick Bet David Discusses BlackRock and ESG Ratings     Bet David asks what Joe Rogan has heard about BlackRock, Vanguard and other sketchy super-corporations. Joe Replies he has looked into it quite a bit. Bet David mentions that 88% of the S&P 500 companies are owned mostly by Statestreet, BlackRock or Vanguard. 88%!      Bet David begins talking about their influence on military contracts as well. The largest shareholders in many of the defense industry companies are also these same corporations.      Bet David mentions we gave more money to Ukraine than Russia spent on it's defense budget in the same year.      He says only two countries in the world have a GDP bigger than BlackRock, which are America and China.  (He mentions Googling information.)     It seems that BlackRock and Chase were able to demand and win a 400 billion dollar contract on rebuilding Ukraine.     ...
