The RFKJ Effect Part One

Robert Kennedy, Jr.

On JFK and the Military Industrial Complex

This clip starts with former Democratic and current Independent presidential nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on "The Joe Rogan Experience"  discussing his uncle John F. Kennedy and how although he was surrounded by the military industrial complex (MIC), he "refused to go to war."

He states that (as it is his belief) the purpose of the CIA and other intelligence organizations is to perpetuate the threat of war or engagement of conflict in order to power the MIC.

One very intriguing part comes when RKJ mentions Eisenhower's "most important speech in American history" three days before JFK took office. (That means a lot coming from JFK's nephew and the great speeches he put out.) The speech warns America of the MIC and it was Eisenhower's last speech as the outgoing president. The video of this speech will be posted below.

RFKJ was six years old at the inauguration and claimed that a few days later the intelligence apparatus came and demanded they invade Cuba. JFK refused but the CIA had already trained Cubans to fight with Americans when they landed. JFK still refused to send American troops and the operation went forward resulting in The Bay of Pigs. They asked JFK again to invade and JFK realized he had been lied to and Robert Kennedy claims he wanted to shatter the CIA into "a million pieces." He says for the next 1000 days of his presidency the military and CIA wanted him to invade Laos, Cuba and Vietnam. He ordered all troops out of Vietnam in fact and one month later he was killed. JFK did not want the world's view of America as a conqueror with a gun. He wanted us to be righteous saviors.

He mentions today that this is China's approach to world dominance instead of war and conflict, as they earn the world's trust and allies by providing power, schools, infrastructure and trade instead of military goods and war.

To end the clip, Joe asks knowing all of this and what happened to his uncle, how he feels if he fought back if he won office. Bobby said he takes precautions.
